PAYMENT
Payments are accepted by:
- Direct deposit – This is the recommended and fastest way to make
payment. Buyers are asked to enter their log-in name or the item number on
the reference. Failure to do this means there may be a delay before your item
is posted.
- Money Order – This is simple and convenient, you can purchase money
orders at any Post Office. Please include details of the item you have purchased
and the delivery address.
- Bank Cheque – Allow approx 3 – 5 days for cheques to clear.
- Credit Card – Visacard, Master card or Bankcard through Paypal –
no registration required. Allow 2 – 3 days for payment to be processed
by Paypal.
GST
All item prices are inclusive of GST tax.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
- Postage costs are in addition to purchase price
- No pick-up service is available – no exceptions
- All items are sent by regular Australia Post unless pre-arranged
- When size permits purchases are sent in prepaid post satchels via regular
mail
- If you require your item to be sent by registered mail, Express Post etc
you must let us know
- Express Post or courier delivery will be quoted separately
- Large items – kicking shields etc will be quoted separately
- Orders are generally shipped out the same day payment is received
RETURNS/REFUNDS
- No item can be accepted for return unless pre-arranged.
- All returns must be accompanied by an item number and date and be returned
to us within seven days of purchase.
- The item being returned must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging
and must be returned by prepaid freight.
- Refunds will be supplied in the same method payment was received.
- Please choose carefully, refunds are not available when the purchaser changes
their mind or decides they don’t like the item.
